By registering for an account or using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use TOPAM if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Our Services

TOPAM provides a digital platform for various Virtual Top-Up (VTU) services, including but not not limited to:

• Mobile Airtime and Data subscriptions across all major networks in Nigeria.
• Utility Bill Payments (e.g., electricity tokens).
• Cable TV Subscriptions (DStv, GOtv, Startimes).
• Airtime to Cash conversion services.
• Online Exam Result Checker PINs (WAEC, NECO, GCE).
• Bulk SMS services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of these services at any time without prior notice.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To access our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

3. Wallet Funding & Payments

Users can fund their TOPAM wallet using bank transfers, online payment gateways, airtime, or coupon codes. All transactions are subject to verification. TOPAM is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking networks. Funds deposited into your TOPAM wallet are non-refundable and can only be used to purchase services on our platform, except in cases of valid Airtime to Cash conversions.

4. Airtime to Cash Policy

Airtime to Cash conversions are subject to prevailing exchange rates and administrative fees displayed on the platform at the time of the transaction. We reserve the right to reject any conversion request that violates our terms or involves fraudulently obtained airtime. Payouts for successful conversions are typically processed to your registered bank account within the stipulated time frame on the website.

5. Refunds & Dispute Resolution

Due to the digital nature of VTU services, all sales are considered final once successfully processed and delivered by the respective network provider. If a transaction fails but your wallet is debited, the funds will be automatically refunded to your wallet upon confirmation of the failure. Any disputes regarding transactions must be reported to our support team within 24 hours.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the TOPAM platform for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in our system. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

7. Termination of Account

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. You may also request account deletion at any time via our dedicated Request Delete Account page.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
